Hi Stewart & Sue

We had a really enjoyable holiday in Cyprus, the Villa is delightful in so many ways …worth waiting for, the position is stunning I just loved the sunrises over the Bay.  We got around a lot of the area with George & Kula’s Nissan X trail, again would thoroughly recommend them. We would certainly recommend your Villa and the Area, it was very quiet ,I hope you will be able to get back there before too long.

Our very best wishes

Kindest Regards

What a wonderful holiday/honeymoon in this beautiful villa. The owners really went above and beyond with all of their information and advice from the moment we booked and we really appreciated it. The villa itself is fantastic with everything you could possibly need and more. The views are wonderful and you are close enough for a very short drive into Latchi where there are lots of lovely restaurants. Polis is also close and you have restaurants and a great supermarket there. We can't wait for our next visit.

We loved Villa Mia .

Situated on the hillside over looking the bay , Villa Mia is a luxury comfortable house with a beautiful aspect and amazing outside garden area.

The views from the front over the cypress trees and pool are stunning ! We loved opening the vented shutters front and back and letting the breeze in.

We also spent many evenings outside at the lovely big dining table under the sun canapy looking down at the village of Latchi on the coast . Definitely a house for relaxation with seats situated all around it’s beautiful garden to the back and terrace to the front.

Would definitely recommend this Villa !

Thanks Stewart and Sue and Clair for making it a wonderful stay ….we will be back for sure !

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at villa Mia. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need and the views are stunning ! Stewart and Sue were so helpful with any questions we had . The villa is only 4 mins to the beach and there are so many other wonderful places to visit if you have a car. If you can , hire a boat with Latchi water sports , we had a wonderful afternoon swimming in the coves around the island. This holiday was for a special birthday and we definitely made some wonderful memories.

lovely Relaxing Villa

What a lovely relaxing villa with amazing views across the bay.  As a family of five adults celebrating a special anniversary, we found Villa Mia perfect for our needs with plenty of room indoors and out, a lovely pool for cooling off and a superb outside kitchen and dining area for long evening meals.  Its location is great, in a quiet position on the hillside just a few minutes on foot to a small Cypriot village or a few minutes by car to the beach and shops at Latsi.

What can I say?  Wow!

We had a superb stay at your fabulous villa.  An amazing, well equipped, home from home experience with everything taken care of.

The children (and us) enjoyed table tennis and table football tournaments during the time there and Volleyball too in the pool.   The pool was fun and once in the shade I found solace by the kitchen for that last bit of rays!

The outside kitchen was our home for the entire time and we throughly enjoyed the magnificent views from the terrace.

Your friends were very helpful when there was an issue with the pool regarding too much acid and chlorine acid and also very helpful with recommending restaurants, etc - nothing too much trouble at all.

Your daughter was so kind, friendly and helpful and gave us a great deal on our day out on a speedboat - kids loved the donut ring and we all had great fun.

We visited Lara Bay and the Adavaki Gorge which was a great find and we especially enjoyed the water park for our daughters birthday.

The villa really was amazing and added to the enjoyment of our holiday.  Thank you so much for your efficient help and emails.

We’ve already recommended it to various friends and hope to visit again another time.

Thanks again

Sarah

Arrived around midnight and was impressed straight away, very clean modern accommodation with lots of space and all amenities catered for, and amazing outdoor lighting! Set my alarm for sunrise 5.45am and was not disappointed the view from the outside terrace was breathtaking. This villa is by far the best I have ever stayed in having previously stayed in villas in Italy, Florida, Chicago and Cyprus. The owners have spared no expense in providing quality furnishings and fixings and making you feel you are at 'home'. All beds were comfortable and everyone (7 of us) agreed they slept well. The villa is well positioned in Neo Chorio, high up with commanding views of Latchi. I would definitely recommend car hire although the little village does have a shop and a few restaurants within walking distance. The owners have loads of local information in folders to read through and also an extensive range of Cyprus travel books. We had lots of mornings/afternoons relaxing by the super clean pool or sitting with coffee in the outside kitchen taking in the view, and will definitely visit again. Thank you Stewart and Sue! And thanks to Lucy at Latchi watersports for recommending villa to us last year and for being so kind and helpful again this year helping organise our boat hire and watersports.

Dear Sharon Thanks so much for your wonderful review! We work hard to make sure that everyone has a great holiday experience and your glowing comments make it all worthwhile! We stayed at villa Mia to celebrate my husbands special birthday. There were seven of us,all adults, and we found the accommodation perfect as all the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It is a beautiful villa with staggering views and big enough so that there is always a place to go to be on your own. The garden is stunning and the pool was the perfect temperature Stewart and sue were very helpful, helping us organise car hire before we arrived and answering our questions promptly The local resort is very relaxed. We ate there on a number of occasions. So many lovely bars and restaurants right on the beach We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

A perfect house near the loveliest village.

5 of 5 ******

Villa Mia is everything and more than the photos and the description depict. We enjoyed a blissful week in Cyprus at this top end property. Latchi is small and quiet in the Spring. I couldn't believe how green Cyprus is - perhaps less so in the summer months? The HomeAway listing understated the loveliness of this property. A welcoming child friendly environment, (children aged 7-10, steps may not suit much younger children),the garden with lots of lovely and unusual plants, the solar powered lighting making the evenings very pretty and the incredible well-provided for kitchen(s). The house itself has everything you could want and more in terms of provision, (even an extensive DVD and book collection - we had a few cooler rainy days),masses of local information about activities, a beautiful open fire, blankets on all of the furniture for cooler evenings. The outside kitchen with state of the art grill and second dishwasher was much appreciated. The pool is lovely - much appreciated. Everything was exactly as promised, clean, beautifully functional and well-presented, and the owners were extremely kind and helpful, emailing within less than 30 minutes during our stay when we asked them for house/local information. The setting itself is really amazing... photos just do not do it justice. In particular the restaurant in the village at the top of the hill. We ate there a lot. Wonderful kind people, nothing too much trouble, food excellent! Lovely walk back to the villa. The view from the terrace is breath-taking. The local beach is quiet in March/April, we were often the only people on it and the views across the sea were beautiful.

We hope to return to Villa Mia next year and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Fantastic Villamia,loved it
5 of 5****

f you want a high end luxurious holiday………look no further than the beautiful Villa Mia, Neo Chorio, Latchi. Stewart and Sue (the owners) have really made this a home from home!! Giving you the ideal base for your holiday. A fabulous, well-maintained and well-equipped villa, in a stunning location beautifully laid out with lovely private gardens with the most spectacular panoramic sea views and in easy reach of the attractions of Latchi.

We were there the first two weeks of November and enjoyed continuous sunshine (apart from one rainy day),so the private pool and the well-equipped outdoor kitchen facilities were used to the full. The pool area being well lit for your enjoyment on hot summer nights. The spacious outdoor room has wonderful views and a truly lovely place to watch the fabulous sunsets. If you don’t feel like cooking, then there are plenty of local restaurants to choose from and all reasonably priced, some recommended by Stewart and Sue, some we found ourselves. We were recommended the Lamb and rosemary pie at Molos and we were not disappointed it was delicious!! Also the best brandy sours are to be had at Faros.

We hired a car which we feel is a must and visited several parts of this lovely island during our stay. We had a trip to Limassol which has changed beyond belief, the harbour is now a billionaire’s playground. We visited Aphrodite’s spring and a few other destinations but mainly we spent our time at the villa and why not? It has everything and more!!

We would certainly recommend this amazing place and thank Stewart and Sue for their outstanding customer service. We had a truly memorable holiday and one that we will be repeating next year.

Villa Mia is an outstanding holiday villa. All the 5 star reviews are well deserved! I can't think of a single improvement that Stewart & Sue could make! Well equipped throughout they have thought of everything. Preparing our meals in the outside kitchen & eating looking out over the fabulous views was so relaxing. We loved the area, the sleepy village further up the hill & the more lively Latchi in the harbour below. We spent a lovely afternoon on a yacht from Latchi Watersports, enjoyed meals in the local restaurants in both Latchi & Polis...all recommendations from the excellent information provided by our hosts. I really can recommend this beautiful villa, by far the best we have stayed at in any country!

Best chilled break ever!

Julia O.

This has been one of the best villas we have stayed at. Where to start?

Perhaps with the beautiful view over the bay, the tranquil surroundings and the excellent villa itself.

The outside kitchen is better well kitted out for cooking than my own one at home. The eating area overlooks the magnificent views, you can spend hours over a meal just chatting and looking at the view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate. We went in the pool every day or to the nearby beach (which has a great café).

We went to Lara Bay to see where the turtles lay their eggs and visited local bars and restaurants.

We tried out skiing, paddle boarding and kayaking at Laatchi Watersports (the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable).

All in all, I would highly recommend this villa.

One of the best vacations ever

5 of 5

Bobbi S.

Had a wonderful time in this clean and spacious villa near Latchi. Open layout through the front door into living, dining and kitchen area to a large patio where we relaxed in the evening. There is another kitchen, BBQ and dining area in the back where we spent most of our time eating and drinking. The large pool was my favorite spot to cool down and just chill. One night, we ate at a local village within walking distance which was very good and reasonably priced. There is a coffee shop in the village as well. All in all, it was one of the best vacations ever and I would definitely go back and stay at Villa Mia again !

Beautiful villa with panoramic views.

After a very short transfer time from Paphos airport, about an hour, and using the excellent directions provided by the owners of Villa Mia, we arrived at this stunning villa. As soon as we parked the car alongside the villa, the first thing we saw was the beautiful pool area with the most spectacular views of the bay of Latchi, absolutely stunning. A small flight of steps to the front door, walking through a garden area with lemon trees and beautifully maintained planting. The inside is well appointed, all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and it was all lovely and clean. We requested beach/pool towels and everything was there for us when we arrived. The outside space is absolutely stunning. There is an outside kitchen that we used all of the time, with a lovely terrace and dining table, protected from the sun by a pergola. The pool area has plenty of good quality sun beds and unbrellas and the pool is immaculately clean. The owners have provided everything that you could possibly need. There are plenty of places to go out and eat close by, just a few minutes drive away. There is also a very good supermarket where you can get everything you need for self catering at the villa. We went down to the beach on several afternoons, later in the day when it wasn't quite so hot. One suggestion would be to take beach/swimming shoes as most of the beaches are made up of tiny stone particles rather than sand. The sea is glorious and another suggestion would be to hire a boat trip. We hired a boat from Latchi water sports centre. We also hired a boat handler, who took us out along the coast to the blue lagoon. We swam out from the boat into caverns in the most beautiful blue, crystal clear water. It wasn't too expensive and it was a fantastic afternoon, I would highly recommend it.

We were hugely impressed with Villa Mia and Cyprus. This was our first visit and everything was better than we could have hoped for.

Just returned from 12 nights at Villa Mia - exactly as described - 5 mins car to Latsi harbour with its restaurants and boat hire - 10 minutes to Polis for more restaurants, supermarket, butchers and fish markets. Fantastic views and very, very peaceful. All mod cons, refreshing not to have to pay extra for air con - great comms from the owner - will definitely return.

Perfectly family villa

Villa Mia is the perfect family retreat. Peaceful with magnificent views to the sea for the adults, a great heated pool for the children and comfortable beds with blackout shutters delivering great long sleeps for all. Our two families included 4 children from 6-16 and they all loved the pool, the glamour of an outside kitchen, the town (5-mins drive away with superb and friendly restaurants and boat hire). Walkable local restaurants too. Great snorkelling in crystal clear water. A very untouristy part of Cyprus that we all fell in love with and will return to. We visited during the Easter school hols and didn't come across any other British tourists. Perfect hosts!    THANK YOU !!!!!. — 12-Apr-2016  Maddy. D

Our first Visit

5 of 5

We arrived at night so when we awoke we were met with a lovely surprise. Having our coffee on the first morning was wonderful, looking at the stunning view of Latchi and the surrounding countryside. The villa is very well provided for and maintained to a very high standard. It was great to have pool where you could lie quietly and read and have a siesta. The property is large enough that everyone can find a place to have a quiet time and rest. Using the comprehensive information left us by Sue and Stewart were were able to find local walks and restaurants and make our way by our hire car to the mountains. We look forward to our return visit.

Wunderbare erholsame Tage im Nordwesten der Insel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Wonderful restful break in unspoilt area of Cyprus ★ ★ ★ ★ ★  5 out of 5 We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday in this fantastic villa in an area that provides a glimpse of 'the real Cyprus' with traditional village restaurants, quiet unspoilt beaches and beautiful scenery. The villa is large and provides excellent facilities for families and groups of friends, with secluded areas for privacy and contemplation should you need to find a quiet place for an afternoon snooze. I would recommend this villa whole heartedly and will be returning in the future. Review Submitted: 07-Oct-2015 Date of Stay: Sep 2015 Source: Owners Direct, from HomeAway

Another wonderful holiday at Villa Mia ★ ★ ★ ★ ★  5 out of 5 This was our second stay in Villa Mia and just like previously, we had a perfect, relaxing holiday. The villa is well situated just a short drive from the beach and a short walk from Neo Chorio, a lovely traditional Cypriot village. The views from the villa are stunning and it's so peaceful! There are numerous restaurants to suit all moods; some evenings we walked to the tavernas in the village where we received a warm welcome and gorgeous food from the owners and staff, and on other occasions we ate in the restaurants by the harbour in Latchi. The villa is beautifully maintained, clean and fully equipped; everything worked and was to a high spec. Sue and Stewart were attentive and supportive throughout the booking process. We would definitely recommend Villa Mia, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we look forward to returning Review Submitted: 08-Oct-2015 Date of Stay: Sep 2015 Source: Owners Direct, from HomeAway

Another relaxing holiday in Villa Mia. Weather great (not too hot) and even the couple of thunderstorms we had provided a spectacular light show viewed from the Villa's terrace. Villa great, food great, sea fantastic...like bath water, the chance to relax and read a couple of books, what more could we want. Thanks to both of you for another lovely holiday. Tony & Gill

Amazing villa, wonderful holiday ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really wonderful time at Villa Mia which is a beautiful villa with amazing views over Latchi harbour. I have never stayed in such a well equipped place and the outside kitchen was fantastic. We had a 1 year old with us and there were lots of shady places for her to sit and play and the pool has steps into the water which she could sit on with us. The villa was lovely and clean and as soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. It is in a very peaceful and quiet location about a 5 minute drive down into Latchi (lots of free parking in Latchi) which has lots of lovely restaurants by the sea and the harbour, and is a very friendly place. We hired a boat from Latchi Watersports for the day which was the highlight of the trip (you can take children and they have insurance, lifejackets and a safety boat patroling the coast so it felt very safe). All in all it was a truly wonderful holiday and the layout and facilities of this amazing villa really made it. We'll definitely be going back! Date of arrival 05 September

“Stunning Sea And Mountain Views From Villa With Private Pool” Spectacular location & lovely villa ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other reviews have covered the ground for this lovely, well-equipped villa in a stunning location. Love the Garden Kitchen and outdoor dining facility - used it most meals - surrounded by beautiful (and productive!) gardens. Very thoughtful placement of furniture to take advantage of cooler, shadier areas for those who want to get out of the sun. Couldn't get over how quiet the area is, day and night. Proximity to much improved facilities in Latchi was a bonus, & grand-kids loved the beach lagoon there. Date of arrival 16 August 2015

Villa Mia, Aww what a beautiful house is a superb location in the West of Cyprus, stunning views from all aspects of the house and every accoutrement you could possibly think of to make your stay a home from home, even sharp knives and garlic crushers, fly screens were superb. Had a wonderful time in this stunning modern villa in the hills of Neo Chorio. Initially a couple of small problems that housekeepers Scott and Claire rectified immediately, service superb. Would highly recommend for any groups or families who want peace away from the tourist areas with the most magnificent sun and moon rises. It was nice to arrive at a villa where all the condiments and dry foodstuffs that other people had left had not been cleared as has been the case in every other property we have stayed at on the Island. Cheers Stewart and Sue nice touch.

“Superb relaxing holiday in a wonderful villa” Villa Mia is set up in the hills above Latchi with breath taking views over the Chrysochou bay. It’s very well equipped to very high standards including widescreen TV and surround sound … Ipod docking is a nice touch! There’s plenty of comfortable sofa’s both inside and outside. One of the best bits is the outside kitchen and dining area, this is the ultimate in luxury! We had several barbecues during our stay on the lovely warm evenings. When we could drag ourselves away from the amazing pool, we headed out to the beaches, although stony around this coastline, the water was surprisingly warm, our favourite was Potima bay, just past Coral bay heading south. There’s a lovely taverna with plenty of shade under palm trees, serving excellent food & drinks. We would highly recommend a boat trip around the coast. You get to swim in the Blue Lagoon whilst the captain cooks a barbecue for you on the boat, that and the free wine makes for a very relaxing trip. Go for the afternoon one, it’s quieter then. Being spoilt for choice of restaurants in both Latchi and Polis, we will definitely be back to this lovely part of Cyprus again to take advantage of the excellent food.

Fantastic holiday home 5 of 5 We had a lovely stay at villa Mia with our extended family. The villa is in very nice location with great views. The facilities are excellent, the outside kitchen is a real bonus. The interior is very well appointed and the whole set up is ideal for a family holiday. There are many good places to eat locally, the family loved the Italian ice cream parlour near the harbour in latchi The owners and their local helpers are very nice people and the information provided enhances the whole experience. "Wonderful villa" We had a lovely week in Villa Mia and found the villa to be extremely well equipped - its six bathrooms and two kitchens were more than enough for the five of us! The garden was delightful and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and BBQ as well as the various seating areas/terraces where you could have a drink and soak up the last of the evening sun. Having the option of a heated pool was a real plus as we visited at the end of April and it meant our 10 month old baby could enjoy the pool with us. The villa is in a lovely location set back from Latchi with wonderful views over the sea. We'd recommend going to Pavlaras tavern which is just about walkable from the villa (around 20 minutes) in the village of Neo Chorio which had lovely food, great service and was very reasonable. Aphrodite beach and the trails around the Akamas National Park are well worth a visit. Stewart was also extremely helpful in answering all of our queries. We'd certainly consider going back

"A memorable family get-together" This was our first visit to Cyprus for over 20 years and the first time we had hired a villa. The property was clean on arrival and the communication from the owner was excellent throughout. Each of the 4 bedrooms has an en-suite which is very handy for young & old alike. The outdoor dining area is well equipped, secluded from neighbouring properties and with quite beautiful views. The pool was clean and our young children made good use of it. The area is near-silent at night and there is barely any traffic. The resort of Latchi is a 5 minute drive away to the north and it contains restaurants, bars and shops as well as boat cruises along the coast. A few miles to the northwest of the villa lies the Akamas Peninsula. This is a beautiful and rugged area to explore on foot or mountain bike. It is criss-crossed by many broad walking trails, some memorable ones giving you a view of both coasts at once. It is easily walkable from the villa for the adventurous. To the south of the villa you can walk through the much more traditional village of Neo Chorio with its church and a feel far removed from the tourist-centred coast. It still boasts several mini-markets and restaurants, and a walk up from the village quickly brings you into a semi-wilderness of olive groves and wheat fields. Throughout our time in Cyprus we found everyone to be most welcoming. All in all we had a wonderful fortnight in Villa Mia and we would love to return.

I LOVE THIS PLACE 5 out of 5 I really did love this place. Just perfect for a restful holiday retreat in the sun with stunning views overlooking a bay from high up on a hill side. Stewart and Sue are just lovely to deal with and I would not hesitate to go again. The villa is superb and very well equipped and we all loved the outdoor kitchen. It made our stay even better being able to cook and eat outside on the nights we decided to stay in. This was not many as the little town at the bottom of the hill has some great places to eat along the sea front. There are loads of wonderful little beaches hidden away if you look for them or ask Stewart. He is a wealth of information on the whole area. He really did point me in the right direction on a couple of times. All in all it’s Just the perfect place. I can’t recommend it enough. This is the perfect villa for a chilled out holiday. It's set on a hill overlooking the bay with beautiful views. There is a pool and an outside eating area which you just don't want to leave. Every room is well equipped. Bathrooms ensuite, tastefully decorated and furnished. It even has table tennis and bar football! The villa is only a short drive to a quiet beach or to shops and restaurants.

Stayed at Villa Mia for the second year. Wonderful villa - everything you could ask for - and fabulous outdoor kitchen and eating area. Stunning setting on the hillside above Latchi with fantastic views across the bay and coastline. Fabulous location for getting out and about and seeing some of the less touristy parts of Cyprus, and Polis a short taxi journey for some fantastic restaurants in the evening. Also hired a boat, with Captain, from Latchi Watersports, this year to see the sunset - absolutely glorious, and even caught a glimpse of dolphins alongside us. Definitely recommend.

janet b. Fantastic well equipped villa   5 out of 5 The villa is fantastic and equipped with everything the 8 of us (2 families with children) could want to make our holiday very relaxing. The outside kitchen and BBQ was especially great, fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment you could want. The outside seating was a solid wooden table with solid chairs for eating lovely Cypriot lunches, shaded with a solid gazebo. The children loved the pool and outside facilities and when they needed a break there was a massive choice of DVD's to play on the surround sound system. The villa is 5 mins walk into Neo Chorio where we had a couple of lovely meze's and latchi is a 5 min drive for all your supermarket needs. I would thoroughly recommend this villa - fantastic setting and fully equipped with everything you could need - I would definitely return

Sophie R. The perfect accommodation for friends and families   5 out of 5 Villa Mia is the perfect accommodation for friends and families alike. Located in the quiet residential village of Neo Koreo, it is a short drive, cycle or leisurely walk to Latchi marina, where you can find an array of bars, restaurants and watersports. There are also a couple of quaint, local restaurants in the village that offer delicious, authentic Cypriot cuisine. The pool area at Villa Mia offers excellent views of the coastline, ocean and mountains, as does a stunning outdoor BBQ area ideal for al fresco dining in the daytime and evening. Another quaint seating area with two loungers offers a shaded area outside to sit and relax; great for families with young children as it overlooks the pool below. An open-plan kitchen and living area is a very generous size, more than capable of catering to groups of 8 or more should you have other friends staying in the area. There is a television and sound system for those who need to retreat from the heat at midday or have a lazy evening indoors. Bedrooms are also fantastic in size - though spacious and modern, there is a cosiness to each room making you feel at home. All four bedrooms boast an en suite bathroom, perfect for holidaying couples looking for privacy. The family who own and run the villa are extremely generous and kind, willing to offer assistance and help guests as much as possible. They provide an informative guide to the local area, with useful contact number such as the local taxi company who provide transport to Latchi for only under 8 euro. They are more than happy to provide a welcome pack for guests on arrival, and have a small 'library' of books and DVDs left by themselves and former guests for book worms and film fanatics alike to enjoy. I couldn't recommend Villa Mia more to anyone looking to travel to Paphos. Situated in a beautiful and bountiful location, and boasting excellent amenities and a welcoming, homely atmosphere, I will definitely be making Villa Mia a regular holiday home - I'm already booking my flights for summer next year!!

Our 2 nd year at Villa Mia. We liked it so much last year we booked again for 3 weeks this year. 2 weeks with friends and a week with all the family, including a 9 month old baby. The villa is fantastic and works really well for adults and children of all ages. There's everything you need in this villa. We love the outdoor kitchen. Making breakfast outside in the sunshine overlooking the mountains and the sea. Evenings round the BBQ, candlelit dining under the gazebo, wonderful star lit skies. Mornings lazing around the pool and afternoons down by the beach catching the last of the suns rays before returning for table football and table tennis tournaments. There's lots of lovely restaurants in the area, walking in the Akamas peninsula ( for the energetic),hiring a boat for water skiing or simply doing very little. This villa is very special. It really is fully equipped; as over 60s we love to take the beach chairs to a quiet spot on the beach with a drink and a cake from the local bakery and just enjoy the peace and quiet. And, comfy beds and hot showers. What more do you want. Any problems with the villa are soon sorted out by Claire and Scott who live locally. They are also a mine of information on restaurants and places of interest. A credit to the owners.

Our family has just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely villa. It is set on a hill as the highest of 4 similar properties, and this means it is not overlooked . It is equipped with all you could need including a full outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ, with a dining table in a gazebo which will seat 8 comfortably. There are several other outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the views over Latchi and the sea. Inside the villla the bedrooms all have ensuites and A/C, the master also having a large balcony with 2 sunbeds. The villa was very clean and well maintained and the pool was cleaned several times during our stay. Clean bed linen was brought after the first week. Communication with the owner was problem free and they were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants , car hire and so on. I would highly recommend this villa, although one does need a car to get around . Latchi the nearest town is quite small although there are several restaurants to try. If you want nightclubs and loud music this would not be the place to come, but there was certainly enough for our family ( with 3 teenagers) to keep us happily entertained for 2 weeks.

Look no further...... For anyone considering staying in this beautiful part of Cyprus, look no further. Villa Mia had many good reviews which made me choose it above the long list of other villas I had shortlisted in the area, but until I actually arrived at the property I still worried that it would not live up to the on-line descriptions and pictures (clever photography can sometimes be really deceptive!). I needn’t have worried as it exceeded my expectations and we hope to return as soon as we can afford to do so. For a first trip to Cyprus I was really pleased that I had found this lovely area, very unspoilt yet having everything you could want within easy access. We wanted a holiday which was relaxing and did not involve having to drive for miles to get anywhere and that was exactly what we got. The Villa was clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly require. The outside space was spotlessly clean too with an amazing outdoor kitchen, eating area and comfortable seats to relax on and look at the stunning sea views. Nearby are many good restaurants and Pavlaras Tavern a few minutes drive away in Neo Chorio village is well worth a visit. It serves very reasonably priced freshly cooked food but beware of the size of the Meze. Just as we thought we could eat no more out came huge plates of chops, chicken, chips and a local beef stew and we had to take it away with us, two portions between four would have been ample! When we return we will do more exploring of the area but this holiday was exactly the relaxing break that we needed.

Just back from a lovely relaxing week at this wonderful villa. The owners have furnished this villa to a very high standard and it has everything you could possibly need. It is in a really peaceful setting. The view from the villa is stunning and the outside entertaining spaces are fab. It is handy for Latchi and Polis and Paphos itself is only 50 minutes away. Stewart and Sue, the owners, were great in answering any queries and advising on places to go and see. This has been the best villa we have stayed in by far and would highly recommend it. We would definitely go back!

The villa is very well maintained with lovely gardens and a fantastic view. The pool is great, small enough for toddlers to stand in at one end but deep enough to swim a few lengths. The best part was the outdoor kitchen and the lovely terrace overlooking the bay, we spent hours up there. The town is nice and only a short drive away (5mins),we also spent a couple of nights enjoying sundowner cocktails at the lovely Anassa hotel just a few minutes away. A great stay, very very hot in late June but we would definitely go back.

First of all, many thanks for your support in helping us plan and prepare our holiday. Your knowledge of the area as well as your patience and precision in answering all our questions regarding what to do around your property made a real difference. The location of your property was certainly the biggest advantage for us. The views over the sea and the mountains at the back provide constant breathtaking scenery. We were also able to easily reach many different places as the villa is quite central to the activities available in West of Cyprus: Pomos traditional fishing harbour, the Akamas natural reserve, Latchi leisure harbour, Paphos archeological sites, Coral Beach etc... All of them in very short driving distance. We were also able to carry on with our running routine as the small road to the entrance of the Akamas reserve is absolutely ideal for training. The villa itself is large and spacious and offers many places to sit down and relax during the day. I have to admit that the great music and TV set up was of great help as well during the 3 days we had during which the weather was less kind to us. The bedrooms and bathrooms also offered a lot of comfort. Finally, having the option to heat the swimming pool as we had not properly entered the warmer period was a real treat. This is not something that many properties offer out there and our 3 year old daughter was clearly delighted to be able to stay in the pool for a long period of time. April 2014

This is a stunning villa in a beautiful location. Better equiped than my own home, with an outside kitchen and eating area. We didn't use the inside kitchen at all. Very spacious and well decorated and the place was spotless. The villa is close to beaches and mountains. There is a good choice of restaurants within a short drive and some within walking distance. The owners have a very comprehensive guide of places to visit (that's if you could ever drag yourself away from the villa!). We went mountain biking and played table tennis. We visited the Last Castle restaurant and Lara Bay. We also went to Polis which is a charming old town. Would recommend this to even our pickiest friends!

"Deserves all the 5 star reviews" We agree with all that the 5 star reviewers have written. I can think of no lovelier place to prepare and eat a meal than in the outdoor kitchen and dining area with its views over the bay to the Troodos mountains. The villa is near enough to Latchi and the seaside or to Aphrodite's well to be there by car in a few minutes, but far enough away up in the wooded hills to be undisturbed by tourist bustle. Up hill from the villa by car or a 5 minutes walk is the village of Neo Chorio. Walk past the new villas on the outskirts and you are in a traditional Cypriot village, going about its festivities and its village life. Drive 5 minutes out of the village and you are into the ancient undeveloped Cyprus of the Akamas national park. Stop at the fascinating little church of Ayios Minas en route to the Smigies picnic site. Park there and just walk along the quiet dirt roads into the beautiful, unspoilt landscapes and sea views. Or spend your entire holiday around Villa Mia just enjoying the generous facilities.

Most relaxing holiday ever. Everything anyone could possibly need in a villa, including total peace and quiet. We loved the views, the 'top of the world', the bars & restaurant and early and late swims on the smaller beaches towards 'Aphrodite's spring'. The first restaurant in Neo Choria was our favourite and walking back though a sky full of stars....especially spectacular shooting stars. Not sure how you arranged that but thank you anyway. Tony

WOW factor extraordinaire!! The most sublime villa the piece de resistance was the fabulous outdoor kitchen dining area. Great location, amazing views, very well equipped. The most comfortable beds with soft bed linen. All amenities are there. We will definately return next year!

Just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Mia. The villa is very well equipped and the accommodation was perfect for our party of 8 adults. We enjoyed the swimming pool and table tennis and the fantastic views. Take some time at night to sit back and look at the fantastic stars. The Villa area was incredibly peaceful and we loved the Latchi Marina and the little square in Polis. Both areas had great restaurant within a nice ambiance. Hope to visit Villa Mia some other time.

What can I say, I just love this place. Went with five friends and we had just the best time ever. The villa is stunning and on a mountain location with lovely views of the bay and the little town of Latchi below. The town has everything you need. Nice little restaurants on the harbour, shops and water sports. We found a nice little beach up the road to spend our days in the sun. Just perfect. Apart from a few evening and shopping trips into the nearby little town of Polis. We only ventured further a field on a couple of days. Once to the Last Castle and once to a nice little bar overlooking a ship wreck. We also hired some mountain bikes for a couple of days. There is a fantastic route straight from the villa up into the Acamas Peninsula Mountains. With an awesome downhill all the way to the sea. Can’t wait to do it all again, it was that good.

The property was clean and had everything that we needed for a family of eight adults. The views were wonderful, every room had its own bathroom, and the location was great for exploring the Latchi area. We took day trips to Paphos and the Troodos area and this villa worked great as a home base for everyone.

Beautiful villa with stunning views over Laatchi harbour. Fantastic facilities, super pool with downstairs shower room and gorgeous outdoor eating area with full outdoor kitchen. Inside the villa is very spacious and beautifully furnished. Downstairs double bedroom with French windows onto terrace and upstairs the master bedroom has a wonderful terrace and sun beds. Quiet location which was perfect for us, and just a few minutes drive into Laatchi and to the beach, and a short walk into the village of Neo Chorio. Fabulous villa, owners have been great ... Can't wait to come back next summer!!!

This was the best villa we have stayed in, in the best part of Cyprus - a beautiful area which you can totally appreciate from the villa! I agree with everything other guests have said and also hope to return in the future, lots more to be done in the area! Thanks to Stewart for all the good advice and his attentiveness throughout, and to Lucy at Latchi Watersports for everything they did for us.

We had a great week at Villa Mia.It is a very well equipped and clean Villa. It had lots of outdoor seating as well which adds to the feeling of comfort and space. There is a wonderful view from the balcony and we loved sitting out in the evening with the twinkling lights of Polis in the distance. A beautiful area to explore.

A wonderful holiday, Villa Mia is the most welcoming, comfortable villa I have ever stayed in. From the high quality furniture/appliances to the fantastic views it was perfect! The outside kitchen was the greatest thing I have come across on a holiday, we never once used the kitchen inside, from breakfast through to barbeque in the evening we used it constantly. Everyone is so friendly in Latchi Marina, nothing too much trouble, lovely restaurants with great choices of food. We hired a boat one day, what fantastic fun, came with whatever water sport equipment you wanted, water ski’s/wakeboard, ringo etc. So sorry to leave but looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful 2 weeks Spent a wonderful two weeks in Villa Mia over the Easter break. Very stylish villa and perfectly decked out. Especially enjoyed the outside dining area and its kitchen. Location of the villa was great too, close to beach and cute harbour town with good restaurants and at the edge of the beautiful nature reserve, where Rupert spent many hours training. Our boys keep asking when we can go back! Was also really happy with Sue's and Stuart's help before and during our stay; many thanks!

Returned to this wonderful villa for the third time. I love it! This year we found Latchi Water Sports and spent some fun filled days water waterskiing and jetskiing. Many thanks to John, Joe, Tom and Lucy for making it so enjoyable. Next year might try sailing. Must also mention Lara Bay (conservation beach where the turtles lay their eggs) - so beautiful and untouched. Can't wait for next year to come round!

Had a lovely few days at the Villa which is fantastic. It has everything you need for a holiday, lovely rooms, pool, outside kitchen, shade if needed and great views. We did some lovely walks and I particularly liked the fact that within 10 mins I could either be running on green hillsides or along the beach. We will definitely be going again. Thanks Sue & Stuart. NB. Tried to post this earlier but didn't appear in comments so hope it isn't on twice

My fourth year and I still love it. Still finding new places to visit in the area. This time we went for Lunch at the Last Castle which was recommended to us and I am so glad we did. It is a small restaurant high up on its own with stunning views over the sea and mountains. Very basic food, but was fantastic. A great experience and something very different to the normal. Love the mountain sports and watersports. This year I learnt to wakeboard. Stuart and Sue give a master class on how to provide the perfect villa. Can't wait for trip number five.

Super villa, gardens, pool and seating areas. The garden kitchen and seating area was our favourite spot and used from breakfast to bedtime! Nicely positioned - short drive to Latchi & Polis for good standard of restaurants. Self drive boat cruise recommended! Next time have to try a spring visit!

ATHENA, AUGUST 2010 Stayed at the villa 21-28/8/2010. We were two families, 4 adults and 4 kids from Cyprus. As Cypriots we love Cyprus and we think that the most beautiful place of our island, which is not occupied by the Turkish Droops, is Polis / Latsi area. Every summer for the last 15 years, we spend at least a week of our holidays there. Is the first time that we have visited VILLA MIA and definitely we like to return at a later date. The house is new, fantastic, luxury with modern designer fittings in a very quiet location with beautiful views of the bay and hills. The area of Polis/ Latchi is amazing, with clean beaches, nice restaurants and many attractions. The kids love snookering and swimming there. We spent a couple of days around the pool and BBQ area and having everything we need, we really enjoyed it. At nights we had dinner at the BBQ area and it was great eating, listening music and overlooking the village and bay. The village Neo Chorio is in a walking distance from the villa and there we found a very nice restaurant called “PALIA ISTORIA”. The villa is recommended for luxury and relaxing holidays and it is suitable especially for families with teenagers and young children. We really enjoy our holidays there… and we will like to come back soon. Regards Athena

We had a lovely week at villa Mia. The outside kitchen is great, wifi was a huge hit with the 4 teenagers and the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. The local restaurant was good; the owners were very friendly and accommodating as was the restaurant we visited by the marina. We had a lazy week swimming, relaxing and eating...marvellous!

We had a fantastic stay at villa Mia in August 2010. The villa is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We all loved the pool for cooling off and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen and seating area is delightful and we spent many evenings eating and drinking there. The views from the villa are fabulous. There is lots of privacy and yet you can also be in the midst of village bars and restuarants in 5 minutes. We would love to return one day! Thankyou again for making it a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Cyprus.

Our holiday started on 15/7/12.The Villa Mia is a lovely villa in a quiet location. It is maintained to a very high standard with modern fixtures and fittings. It has a lovely outdoor eating area which we used several times to BBQ and also a great pool area with fantastic views over Latchi. There were two local restaurants in the village within walking distance which were very nice and also several restaurants in Polis which is a 10 minute drive and were of a high standard. The local restaurants in Latchi are very average. The owner of the villa stuart kept in contact with us before the holiday and provided very good customer service. I would highly recommend this villa to any families who are looking for a quiet holiday in a beautiful villa.

Stewart and Sue, We had a fabulous week at Villa Mia. The place is absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting in the back garden and watching the sunset. The view of the bay is incredible. The outside kitchen and grill is a wonderful addition and we did most of our cooking out there. The weather was perfect. The villa's location is ideal with shopping, cafe's, beach and mountains equally close and easily accessible. I highly recommend Villa Mia to couples who desire some peace and relaxation. One week was definitely not enough, which means we are planning a return visit as soon as possible! Thanks again for a wonderful time. With Kind regard, Eric and Evalie Lockard

What a wonderful time July 2012 We had at Villa Mia. The villa sits on a hill so you have a spectacular view of the bay and nice breeze comes through all day long. The house is very clean and huge. There are multiple cooking and eating areas as well as many storage areas inlucing 2 large fridges and a small one by BBQ so you have no problem stocking up your supplies. There is everything you need, including sports equipment such as fins and masks for snorkeling and a ping-pong table. There is also a great restaurant in a walking distance and towns of Latchi and Polis are only short drives away. No wonder so many people come back to the villa year after year. I plan to go back and stay at Villa Mia in a near future again Bobbi USA

The location is perfect for enjoying the beaches and exploring the Akamas Peninsula. The villa offers lots of space for quiet reflection even when with a large group and there are wonderful views. The standard of accommodation, furnishings and equipment is superb. The outdoor dining area and kitchen was a huge hit with our party and we spent many happy hours there. We also enjoyed lazing on the swimming pool terrace and appreciated the recommendations made by the owner for boat trips and excellent restaurants in the area. Villa Mia is a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. The villa is equipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly think of. The views are wonderful looking down and across Polis bay, we never tired of them. Our party was made up of eight adults and we found that there was ample space for all of us whether we were all watching a DVD with surround sound together, playing board games, relaxing on the terrace with a well earned beer after a hard days sight seeing or eating together round the enormous outside dining table. Despite being the second week in December we swam in the pool, sun bathed, walked in the Akamas, hired a speed boat so that we could swim and snorkel in the Blue Lagoon and ate breakfast out on the terrace every day and in the UK it was -21C, incredible! Many thanks to Stewart for all his help and suggestions, it was truly a holiday to remember.

Definitely the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in and we all loved the outdoor living and the outdoor kitchen - expecially our resident chefs! The views over the bay were fantastic and we were lucky enough to have perfect weather throughout our stay. Thanks to Stewart for all the tips about things to do (we loved the 'Top of the World' sunset) and thanks to Lucy for sorting out the boat trip for us. We usually like to try new places but are very tempted to return.

January 20, 2010 Date of Stay: October 2009 Stayed at the villa in October 2009 with my family and a few friends. Its brand new and finished to a high specification. The area of Polis/Lechi is excellent with clean beaches and plenty of shops and good reasonably priced restaurants. We didnt manage to get to Polis but will the next time as is 20mins away. Its much quieter at this time of the year so we had a relaxing stay. Its an ideally placed to sightsee the area especially the national forest park. Its essential to have a car as the villa is away from the town. If you are looking to explore the national forest a 4x4 is a must and alot of fun. Villa has everything you need....if you are feeling lazy you can sit around the pool or enjoy the BBQ area. At night its a great area to eat overlooking the village and sea. Bedrooms are all good size with plently of cupboard space and immaculate. This property is not suitable for people with disabilities or on holiday without a car as most amenites are a drive away although there is a small village walking distance away with a very nice restaurant. I'd recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

17th September – 24th September. Super luxury detached villa with private pool with stunning mountain views looking down to the sea. This really is a well put together villa. All modern appliances and loved the outside kitchen and BBQ area. We went with friends and this was great area to cook and eat with the stunning views and starry skies. Managed a couple of mountain bike rides into the nearby nature reserve. Again stunning views and just a really nice place to spend an early morning before breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and the owners have been a joy to deal with. I most certainly will be going again.

Dear Stewart. We had a wonderful holiday staying in your beautiful villa. We loved the area and enjoyed eating out at the many restaurants just five minutes away, Periyiali near the Souli hotel was our favourite - delicious food, almost sitting right on the beach watching the sun set. Particularly enjoyed the Koulla boat trip from Latchi harbour, a really great day out, one of the highlights of our holiday. Also enjoyed many delicious bbqs at the villa, the outside kitchen was a real bonus, with fantastic views of the bay. Thank you for a great stay! Cook and Cornwell families.

Have just come back from a week at Villa Mia and it was great. The house has fantastic views across the bays and towards the mountains. The villa itself is beautifully decorated. The kitchens (there are more than one!) are better equipped than my own. The location is great because you can go up into the mountains (walking or biking) or down to the beach - both are really close. We went to several good restaurants, visited a winery, went waterskiing and snorkelling, so there is a lot going on. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. This is one of the few that we will definitely be returning to. "

We had a wonderful holiday in this fantastic accommodation. Villa Mia is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. There is everything you need for a great family holiday! It is a wonderful part of Cyprus and our second time staying near Latsi – but we hope to be back again soon!

Lovely family holiday, villa well equipped for two families to share, everything we needed for a great holiday (adults and kids). Local area and beaches all good and surprisingly relatively quiet.
